VENUE RENTAL GUIDE
for performance and rehearsal spaces in the Greater Los Angeles area.
Check back here in late July for the full guide.
In the meantime, if you have a rehearsal or performance space you would like to have included in the guide, please follow these instructions.
1. Use the following link to submit information on your overall facility.
You should only complete this survey ONCE for each building you operate. (Successive steps will allow you to address each performance or rehearsal space within your overall facility.)
2. Use the next link to submit information on each PERFORMANCE space you operate within your facility.
If you have multiple performance spaces in your venue, please complete this step several times, once for each performance space. If you do not have any performance spaces in your venue, just skip this step.
3. Use the next link to submit information on each NON-PERFORMANCE REHEARSAL space you operate within your facility.
If you have multiple rehearsal spaces in your venue, please complete this step several times, once for each rehearsal space. If you do not have any rehearsal spaces in your venue, just skip this step.
4. Submit photos of your rental facility to be included in the guide. Please include the following:
- A photo of the front doors and/or marquee of the outside of the venue.
- A photo of your lobby (if applicable).
- A photo of your green room (if applicable).
- A photo of each dressing room (if applicable).
- A photo of the primary parking location for your venue.
For each performance space:
- A photo from the middle of the audience, facing the stage.
- A photo from the mezzanine or balcony, if applicable, facing the stage.
- A photo from the middle of the performance space, facing the audience.
- Photos from the middle of the performance space, facing into each wing (if applicable).
For each rehearsal space:
- Two photos from different angles in each space.
Submit your images by email to Images@LAStageAlliance.com,
or mail a CD/DVD to 644 S. Figueroa St., LA, CA 90017.
